Manage website URLs

Website URLs are the websites on which you accept payments with Checkout.com. You can view, remove, or request to add a website URL on the Dashboard.
You must have the Admin user role to view the website URLs.
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- In the business entity selector, select an entity to view the website URLs for.
- Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar, and then select Settings.
- Under Business settings, select Website URLs.

To request a website URL in the sandbox environment, contact your account manager or request support.
You must have the Admin user role to request to add website URLs.
When you request to add a website URL, it goes through a review process to ensure compliance. For more details, see article on verifying websites.
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- In the business entity selector, select an entity to add a website URL for.
- Select Add new URL.
- Enter the details in the form that opens.
- Select Continue.
Checkout.com reviews the request and sends you an email with the result in 3-5 working days.
If the request is approved, you can accept payments with Checkout.com on the new website URL.
You must have the Admin user role to remove website URLs.
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- In the business entity selector, select the entity from which you want to remove a website URL.
- Hover over the URL and select Remove.
The Remove website URL pop-up appears. - Switch the toggle to confirm that the URL is no longer used for payment processing.
- Select Remove URL.
It may take a few minutes for the URL to be removed from the Dashboard. Try refreshing the page if the removal doesn't happen after a few minutes.
