Funds management
Your Checkout Business Account enables you to store and manage funds across our product suite. It offers:
- Real-time visibility into your cash flow
- Multi-currency support for global payments
- Top-ups to add funds on demand
- Flexible account structure to segregate funds for operational needs
Each entity has a Checkout Business Account, that enables you to collect funds from the payments you accept with us. You can then use those funds across our product ecosystem.
Your Checkout Business Account can hold one or multiple sub-accounts. Each sub-account stores funds in a specific currency.
When you process payments with Checkout.com, funds are debited or credited to your sub-accounts. Alternatively, you can add funds to top up your sub-account for payouts.
For example, if your business operates under different brands in the UK and France, you can create separate entities to keep each brand's funds separate. Depending on the currencies you accept in each region, you can create sub-accounts to hold the required funds.
