Business stakeholders

You can view the details of the stakeholders in your legal entity once Checkout.com has verified the details.
Ensure this information remains up to date by notifying us of any changes.
Role | Description |
---|---|
Authorized signatory | An individual who has the legal authority to perform specific actions on behalf of the company, such as signing pricing and legal agreements or activating new products. |
Control person or designated ultimate beneficial owner | An individual who has significant decision-making power over the activities of the company. This is typically a senior executive, such as the CEO, CFO, or VP. |
Delegated signatory | An individual who can request certain changes to a legal entity, such as changing the settlement bank account, and updating signatories. |
Director | An individual who is legally responsible for running the company. |
Legal representative | An individual who has legal authority to act on behalf of the company. |
Ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) | An individual who owns or controls more than 25% of the company’s shares or voting rights, either directly or through ownership of multiple holding companies that result in 25% or more in total ownership. |
You must have the Admin user role to view business stakeholder details.
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar.
- Under Business settings, select Key business stakeholders.
In the Key business stakeholder details page that opens, you can see the list of verified stakeholders in the entity along with their roles. - To see more information, select a stakeholder. You must be an authorized or delegated signatory to see certain details on this page.
To update stakeholder details, contact your account manager or request support.
