Recently, she’s been leading live AI enablement sessions across the Global People Team, introducing new tools, building automated workflows and partnering with teams like Legal and InfoSec to ensure everything is scalable and responsible. It’s long term, evolving work where the goal is to make AI usable.

“The landscape is constantly changing. It’s not about having all the answers upfront, it’s about helping people learn, experiment and feel confident using these tools.”
