When you submit an application to onboard a sub-entity, you need to provide Checkout.com with specific information for compliance and verification purposes.
The information required depends on whether the entity is a company or a sole trader, and your account type as follows:
Lite accounts – The information is the same across all supported regions.
Full accounts – The information varies depending on regional regulations.

You do not need to provide all the information for verification checks all together. You can provide the minimum required information for onboarding, and submit additional information later.
However, Checkout.com only starts the verification checks when we have all the required information. If you do not provide the specified information, the sub-entity's status remains as requirements_due. For actions you need to take for this status, see Requirements due.
Note
Your sub-entity cannot process payments or receive payouts until it has passed the verification checks.
For Full accounts, Checkout.com conducts multiple verification checks during onboarding. As part of this process, we may request additional documents.
Each uploaded document must meet certain standards in order to be accepted for verification.
There are four main document types you may be asked to upload:
