Before you accept live payments, test your integration end to end in the sandbox environment:

- Run test orders across the payment methods you support, using Checkout.com test card numbers and test account details.

When testing is successful, switch your setup to process live transactions:
- Sign in to the production environment in the Dashboard.
- Create live public and secret API keys, as described in Before you start.
- Update your Juspay payment gateway and webhook configurations with your production credentials and production webhook endpoints.
You can refund, return, or void an order from the Dashboard. Juspay updates the status of the order automatically.
