ANI check testing

You can simulate various outcomes for Account Name Inquiry (ANI) checks.

To test ANI check results:

Send a card verification request.
Set the amount field to 0.
Set the account_holder.account_name_inquiry field to true.
Depending on which outcome you want to simulate, set the following fields to the corresponding values from the table:
- account_holder.first_name
- account_holder.middle_name
- account_holder.last_name
