Funds in your entity's Checkout Business Account are stored in independent sub-accounts, each with its own transaction history.
Each sub-account stores funds in a single currency, which has a subset of balances for incoming, reserved, and available funds.
You can create one or multiple sub-accounts in your Checkout Business Account according to your operating and liquidity needs. For example, you may create multiple sub-accounts to:
Hold different currencies that you process payments in. Segregate funds within an entity – for example, by brand or processing channel. Sub-accounts and payment processing
Revenue from the payments you accept with Checkout.com is credited to your sub-accounts, minus any fees, refunds, or chargebacks.
You can use these funds for Card Payouts , Bank Payouts , or Issuing . You can add more funds or enable Funds Pooling .
Any remaining funds in your sub-accounts are paid out to you according to your settlement schedule .
