Last updated: December 24, 2025
You can use the Dashboard to submit an onboarding application for a sub-entity.
When you onboard a sub-entity, you can provide the required information yourself through the Dashboard.
Your Platforms account type determines the sub-entity information required during the onboarding process.
To submit the required information yourself:
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Go to Payments > Processing > Sub-entities.
- On the Sub-entities page, select + Onboard a sub-entity.
- On the pop-up window that appears, select Add sub-entity details now, and then select Continue.
- Select the parent entity for the sub-entity you're onboarding. This is the entity name assigned to your platform.
- Enter a unique alphanumeric reference for the sub-entity, and select Continue.
- Select the country that the sub-entity is registered in.
- Select the sub-entity's business type.
- Select Begin. A new page appears where you can provide the required sub-entity information.

You are redirected to the Sub-entity details page.
