Enhanced Dashboard self-serve

Jan 8, 2026

Following the launch of self-serve options for website URLs and processing channels in the Dashboard last year, we’ve heard your feedback that it would be helpful to raise these requests together.

Dashboard self-serve for processing channels now lets you request a new website URL as part of the request to create a single change request for both updates.

If you request a new website URL and need to raise a processing channel, we’ll redirect you to the processing channels page where you can raise both requests together.

As a reminder, you can also use the Dashboard to self-serve bank account changes, request payment methods and update your billing descriptors.

Bank account changes

This is only available to users registered as authorized or delegated signatories with the permission to view sensitive bank account details for settlements. To add new signatories, contact your Account Manager or our Support team for assistance.

To update the bank details we use to pay out your funds, follow this article.

Request payment methods

To use this feature, you’ll need to have the Admin user role.

To request a new payment method, follow our documentation.

Billing descriptor updates

To use this feature, you’ll need to have the View account settings (business stakeholder, billing descriptors, processing channels, business contacts, and payment methods) permission for your Dashboard user account.

Help your customers identify payments with a brief description that appears on their statement. This helps them recognize transactions and reduces the likelihood of chargebacks and disputes.

To update billing descriptors, follow our documentation.
