Our latest Dashboard enhancements

The Dashboard is your single source for monitoring and analyzing all your Checkout.com payments. Key performance indicators, payment history, details and analytics, are all in one place, so you can understand your payments performance and how to improve it.

In Q1, your Dashboard got even smarter, with new features designed to speed up your business administration.

Retrieve dispute documentation

Previously, if you wanted to analyze disputes you had won or lost to see which evidence was more likely to result in a win, you had to email our Dispute Resolution team.

At Checkout.com we want to build all our products with self-service in mind, so now, you can retrieve the evidence files you submitted directly through the Dashboard or an API request.

Enable dispute alerts

Your teams can now receive alerts when a dispute is won, lost, has expired, or where evidence expires.

Users can set up alerts by navigating to user settings > notifications and choosing between email or in-Dashboard messages for the following statuses:

  • Arbitration lost: When arbitration is lost
  • Arbitration won: When arbitration is won
  • Disputes raised: When you've received a new dispute and evidence is needed to challenge it
  • Disputes expired: When a dispute has expired
  • Disputes lost: When a dispute is lost
  • Disputes won: When a dispute is won

If you choose to use email notifications, you’ll receive all status updates you’ve signed up for the following day at 16:00 UTC.

Read our guide for more information about disputes.
