Manage payment methods

You can view the list of payment methods that are enabled or available to request for your account.
An enabled payment method is configured in your account for specific or all processing channels.
Payment methods that are available to request are determined based on several factors, including region and merchant category codes (MCC).
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar.
- Under Product settings, select Payment methods. The payment methods that are enabled and available to request for your account are displayed.
- Select an enabled payment method to view the processing channels that it's configured for.
To view how a payment method is configured in a processing channel:
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar, and then select Settings.
- Under Business settings, select Processing channels.
The processing channels for your entity are displayed.
You can:
- Select a processing channel to view the payment details enabled.
- Select a payment method to view the MCC, billing descriptor, and processing currencies it's configured with.
Note
Payment method requests are subject to approval.
To request a payment method, you must have the Admin user role.
- Sign in to the Dashboard.
- Select the Settings menu in the top navigation bar.
- Under Product settings, select Payment methods.
- In the Available to request section, select a payment method to request.
- In the Payment method details page that opens, choose the processing channels you want to configure the payment method for.
- Depending on the chosen processing channels, select Request selected or Request all.
- In the pop-up that opens, enter your expected annual processing volume and average transaction value.
- Select Submit.
