‍Offered in partnership with Verifi, Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) saves time, effort, and protects your reputation with the card schemes. RDR intercepts pre-disputed transactions, automatically refunding them before they turn into a formal chargeback.

We propose to enable RDR with a rule to automatically refund any dispute for a transaction under $50. This will clear low-value disputes quickly, helping you focus on defending higher-value transactions.

If you accept, we’ll enable RDR with Checkout.com fees waived for a three-month complimentary period. After this period, fees will take effect at 15 GBP / 15 USD / 55 AED per pre-dispute refund, as appropriate.

Third-party fees charged by the card networks will remain applicable under your Interchange ++ pricing.
