We’ll give you 60 days beyond your due date to demonstrate that you’re PCI compliant. We’ll send reminders during this period, so you have plenty of notice and time to complete the required steps.

If your PCI compliance is confirmed within this period, the fee will not apply. If compliance has not been demonstrated by the end of the 60-day period, the applicable monthly fee will be charged.

Monthly fees

  • PCI Level 1: $600
  • PCI Level 2: $360
  • PCI Level 3: $300
  • PCI Level 4: $150

Your applicable fee will depend on your PCI level.

How fees are applied

  • Fees are charged monthly while you remain non-compliant after the 60-day period.
  • The first fee will be charged to your most active, highest-volume currency account.
  • Subsequent fees will continue to be charged to the same currency account, unless you formally request a change through the applicable process.
  • Fees are set in USD. If your billing currency is different, the fee will be converted using the applicable spot exchange rate, with no additional FX markup.
  • Once your PCI compliance is confirmed, future non-compliance fees will stop.
  • The charge will be identified as a PCI non-compliance fee on your invoice.

How to avoid the fee

You must renew your PCI compliance attestation annually. If your attestation is not submitted by the annual due date, you’ll have 60 days to complete the required steps before the applicable non-compliance fee is charged.
