This three-day conference, hosted by Checkout.com, takes place in Venice, Italy at the Hilton Molino Stucky from October 7 - 9, 2025.

We’ll cover everything from the moment you set foot in Venice. We’re offering complimentary accommodation at Hilton Molino Stucky on October 7 and 8, for all invited attendees. You can book your hotel stay when registering for the event.
We recommend arriving early afternoon on October 7 and departing in the afternoon on October 9. Travel to and from the city is not covered, but we’re more than happy to provide recommendations for airlines and routes from where you’re based.

There is no formal dress code. We recommend clothing that makes you feel comfortable. Please note the meeting space can sometimes be chilly, so we recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket with you.

Marco Polo Airport (VCE) is the primary international airport serving Venice.
The Hilton Molino Stucky is approximately a 30-minute journey from the airport, accessible by water taxi or a combination of land and water transport for a scenic arrival.
Event registrations begin at 1:00 pm on October 7. So, we’d recommend arriving early in the afternoon to enjoy the event activities. Hotel check-in starts from 3:00 pm, but you can leave your luggage with us in the meantime.
We’ll offer roundtrip transportation between the airport and the hotel, which you can request during registration.
Hotel check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed.

Venice is a car-free city, so the primary way to get around is by water. Vaporetto (public water buses) offer convenient routes throughout the city and to nearby islands. Water taxis provide a faster, more direct option, while gondolas offer a classic Venetian experience for shorter trips.
Ride-hailing apps do not operate in Venice, but walking is often the best way to explore the city's charming streets and canals.
