No, you cannot change the email or phone number associated with your Checkout.com account. You must delete your existing account and create a new account with your updated information.
You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) when logging into your Checkout.com consumer dashboard or when retrieving saved card details during a purchase.
To ensure you get your OTP, please make sure the contact details you've entered are correct. If you don't receive it, check for any network issues.
When you're asked to authenticate (either when making a payment or logging into your dashboard), you can choose to receive the OTP via phone number, email, or WhatsApp. If your details are accurate, you should get the OTP within seconds. If not, double-check your information or contact our support team.
To add a new payment method, after you confirm the OTP, select Add card. Once you make the payment, the card will be saved for future transactions.
