# Corporate Cards Corporate Cards are reusable virtual cards you can create in the Dashboard to spend funds directly from the _Available_ balance of your sub-accounts of your entity's Checkout Business Account. This enables you to securely pay suppliers or business expenses without waiting for funds to be paid out as settlements. The cards are free to create, with no Checkout.com transaction or foreign exchange (FX) fees, although the card scheme may apply FX fees. Use the cards anywhere that accepts online payments with Mastercard. --- ## Before you start Eligibility conditions may apply for Corporate Cards. They are available for: - Entities based in the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA) - Sub-accounts in the following currencies: `EUR`, `GBP`, and `USD` --- ## How it works Card managers create cards and assign them to card users in your business. Card users can then view their card details in the Dashboard and start making purchases. Card managers can also manage cards as follows: - Edit a card's spending limit per month within the default maximum. - View a card's details, including the primary account number (PAN) and CVV. - Temporarily suspend and then reactivate a card. - Permanently revoke a card. - View all transactions on a card. - Rename a card. ### User permissions Create [custom roles](https://www.checkout.com/docs/business-operations/use-the-dashboard/manage-users/user-permissions.md) for card managers and card users with the following permissions: | User permission | Description | | --- | --- | | **Card managers and card users** | | | _Access the entity and sub-account_ | The user can access the relevant entity and sub-account cards are linked to. | | _View spending credentials and transactions for cards assigned to them_ | The user can:
